4. Booking and Payment
Booking Process:
- Token Amount: Pay refundable token to temporarily hold unit (7-14 days)
- Documentation: Submit all required KYC documents within 7 days
- Verification: Our team verifies documents (2-5 business days)
- Booking Confirmation: Pay booking amount to confirm your unit
Note: Token amount only reserves the unit temporarily. Booking is confirmed only after payment of booking amount and completion of documentation.
Payment Terms:
- Token Amount: Refundable (holds unit for 7-14 days)
- Booking Amount: Non-refundable (typically 10-20% of property value)
- Balance Payment: As per agreed installment plan
- Additional Charges: GST, stamp duty, registration charges are extra
Timeline: If you fail to submit documents within 7 days or pay booking amount within 14 days of verification, we reserve the right to release the unit.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before Booking Confirmation (Token Stage):
- Refund: 100% of token amount
- Timeline: 7-15 working days
- Deductions: None
After Booking Confirmation:
- Booking Amount: Non-refundable
- Other Payments: Refunded after applicable deductions
- Timeline: 30-45 working days
Important: Cancellation terms may vary by project. Refer to your specific booking agreement for detailed terms.
Refund Process:
- Submit written cancellation request to info@antradevelopers.com
- Include booking details and payment receipts
- We will acknowledge within 3 working days
- Refund processed as per timelines above
6. Customer Rights and Obligations

- Timely possession (subject to force majeure)

- Not engage in illegal activities
